4 Steps to Take If You’re Struggling Right Now
Every year during Suicide Prevention Month, people around the world come together to raise awareness, share hope, and remind each other that no one has to struggle alone.
A safe space where you can talk, heal, and feel heard
If you’re feeling weighed down by depression, anxiety, or the effects of difficult experiences like violence, discrimination, or racism, you don’t have to face it alone.
For over 40 years, we’ve been offering free counselling for women on low incomes in Islington and North London boroughs, to help women start a journey of healing, recovery and rebuild. Our service is culturally sensitive, which means we listen with care to your story, your background, and in your language. This is your space to feel safe, supported, and understood.
At the Maya Centre you’ll find the chance to regain your voice, make your own choices, and take back control of your wellbeing and life.
